I have news! My new roommate, Elizabeth, is moving the last of her things in tonight! For those of you who don’t know, my previous roommate graduated last semester. I’ve been a little lonely, having never lived by myself. Of course Gunner keeps me occupied and laughing but he just can’t speak, ya know?
Today was one of those days where I went to school, went to the gym and then buried my face in books the rest of the day… as I will continue to do as soon as I am done writing this post. Oh wait, I did take Gunner for a walk.
Breakfast
I had a yogurt bowl (to go) with plain yogurt, cereal, blueberries and chia seeds. Those blueberries are fantastic!
When I came home from the gym, I needed a little somethin’ somethin’
Snack
Hummus and veggie sticks.
Followed by…
Left over chili.
Today I was feeling so sluggish and I don’t know why. It must be all of that cheese I consumed this past weekend. I ate an obscene amount, my friends. And, I loved every bite.
I was feeling tired and just wanted something sweet figured I would make a smoothie to restore some energy. Of course, I wanted Peanut Butter so I made a Peanut Butter Blast Smoothie – again, minus the greens because I’m out.
Sorry you can’t see it… it’s a creamy beige color, just picture it! Tastes uh-may-zing.
My first exam is on Wednesday and I have so much homework and stuff to do this week.
I just did not feel like cooking tonight mainly because I did not want to clean up! So, I made a trip to Zoe’s and ordered the Mediterranean Tuna Salad Sampler.
I hate taking pictures in my apartment at night – the lighting is so yellow!
Any who, I love the sampler from Zoe’s – they give so much, I couldn’t even finish it all. It comes with your choice of tuna, chicken or egg salad, potato salad, slaw (to die for), pasta salad, and pita all over a bed of lettuce. What more could a girl ask for for $8.95?
Well, Elizabeth is literally moving in as we speak so I’m going to go chat it up and study some more.
Have a wonderful night!
