Chill in Chilliness

Today has flown by! It’s been a crazy day.

After my last class I didn’t have enough time to head to the gym before I had to be back at school for a group meeting. I decided to head home and pull out a quick but effective circuit workout. I always head over to Julie’s blog for a good circuit workout and I chose this one today. Mountain Climbers for 1 minute straight are no joke!

I love circuit workouts when I don’t have a lot of time on my hands.

Lunch

A sandwich with turkey, romaine, avocado and mustard. On the side I had an apple and a few BBQ Pop Chips.

I spent a lovely 4 hours at the library working on a group project for my Experimental Food Science class. This project is no joke. We have to do statistics for it and everything. Lovely, right? I was doing a lot of the statistics today and my mind was fried afterwards.

By the time I got home, my roomie, Elizabeth, was home shortly after. We decided to go get some Chipotle and Chill. We may have only had a high of 63 today here in Alabama but it did not defer me from getting some froyo!

My belly is full and it’s time to watch Bethenny!
