Bringin’ It Back

Good morning! Happy Hump Day to you all.

Last night, I decided to make Overnight Oats. It’s been too long. I combined one 6 ounce container of black cherry Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1 tablespoon flax meal. This morning I added a little more almond milk and a sliced banana to the mix.

Why don’t I have overnight oats more often? I don’t know but I am definitely bringing this amazing breakfast back more often!

My gluts are so sore from dead lifts yesterday so a long walk with Taylor and Gunner will be my exercise today.

I hope the weather holds up because we plan on laying out to get some sun! I will take my GRE study materials with me.

  1. I’ve been on the biggest egg kick for the greater part of the year…today I tried a smoothie to switch it up but I’m already starving and missing my scrambles!
