Good morning and Happy Friday!
It’s a gorgeous day here in Alabama. I have the windows open so I can hear the birds chirping away.
Breakfast
I whipped up a double batch of Almond Flour Pancakes for the guy and I.
It’s an extremely filling breakfast that will fuel Jon and myself for a long run with Gunner.
I’m a big fan of words of encouragement. I love seeing great quotes on facebook, pinterest and blogs.
