I headed to the gym early this morning. I warmed up for 15 minutes on the elliptical before completing the following upper body workout without two 12 pound dumbbells and a 20 pound bar bell.
It was a good one and I’m already feeling the soreness! I usually use 8-10 pound weights but I was feeling a little crazy today and went with the 12s.

Today is my brother Sean’s 28th birthday. He’s the best brother a sibling could ask for! He’s going to come to my parents later for dinner. I may just have to whip him up a dessert. Stay tuned!
