Good morning!
It’s a dreary day here which I truly dislike. I’m definitely a sunshine lover.
I dropped Jon off at the airport early this morning. He has to go to Georgia for a few days for some Air Force stuff. Long Island traffic didn’t make me a happy girl on top of this weather! Needless to say, an early morning workout didn’t happen. I have so much work to do today, including a Skype meeting for group research. An at-home circuit workout is my plan for a workout today.
My newest food obsession is one that’s so simple and yet so delicious. This probably isn’t a new combination for many people but I am loving toast with raw almond butter and honey. I usually go for jam but the past week or so I have been using honey and I am obsessed. The combination of the carbohydrates from the whole grain toast, protein and fat from the almond butter leaves me feeling full and satisfied! I love the sweetness that the honey adds.
Love. Love. Love. I also can’t get enough of pears right now. So good!
Anyways…
Yeah. That came in the mail the other day. An early Christmas present from Mom and Dad! I decided on the 110 after much debate. I almost went with the 305 but that thing is huge. I just couldn’t do it. And besides, this one has pink in it so I needed it. I will be testing it out this weekend at the Jingle Bell Run 5K for Arthritis! Jon and I are going to run it. It should be a good time.
Question: What food are you loving right now?

I have the 305 and it is enormous BUT the mapping functions have saved me before when I was lost during a trail hike. I also love almond butter but I just ran out and it is so expensive! I passed it up on my last grocery trip. Maybe next time…
Oh, almond butter is definitely a splurge! But I get the shakes if I don’t have it on hand!
I have the Garmin Forerunner 110. I haven’t read up or researched on how to use all the functions but use it for everything basic and love it! Has been a great investment for me and I now wear it everyday:) So I am sure you will enjoy it too!
Thanks! That’s so good to good to hear!
