Good morning, everyone!
I’m going to head to the gym and take advantage of the treadmill today for a good run. The weather is super yucky out right now, forcing me to use the treadmill. I would much rather be running outside.
It’s the 3rd day of our 12 Days of Circuits.
Today I have a good one that will have those biscuits burning. Yes. They will be burning! I really love the sore feeling in my legs after a good circuit. You know you’re doing something right!
