Third Day of Circuits – Feel the Burn

Good morning, everyone!

I’m going to head to the gym and take advantage of the treadmill today for a good run. The weather is super yucky out right now, forcing me to use the treadmill. I would much rather be running outside.

It’s the 3rd day of our 12 Days of Circuits.

 Today I have a good one that will have those biscuits burning. Yes. They will be burning! I really love the sore feeling in my legs after a good circuit. You know you’re doing something right!

Question: Do you prefer working out your upper or lower body? Treadmill or outside for running?

  1. this one looks like all of my fav workout moves put together ! and i like working my lower body the most but when i do the upper i also love it bc i really notice a difference in strength and stuff its the best!

    I definitely prefer running outside. Any run is better than no run, but I really, really don’t like the dreadmill, so I’ll run outdoors in almost anything.

    Prefer upper body for sure, and I prefer running outside over treadmill but I find treadmills easier when it’s cold, and because it’s less impact than pavement for my calf injuries which seems to help prevent them from recurring.
