Happy Saturday!
What are you guys up to this weekend? I won’t be doing much since I still have a cold. My ears are muffled and all that jazz.
You may know that my mom is pretty much my best friend. Days out with her make me so happy! Yesterday we headed out to TJ Maxx and Trader Joe’s. Perfect? Why, yes. I finally found a ravioli cutter. I am so excited. It’s the little things, people.
I also got some dumbbells on clearance (score!) and a shirt. We then hit up TJ’s for the essentials of life.
After we got home, I snacked on my favorite TJ’s dip and got to working on dinner.
On the menu: salmon using TJ’s teriyaki soy sauce marinade, roasted garlic and Parmesan mashed cauliflower, and sautéed Swiss chard.
Delicious!
This morning’s breakfast: Toasted whole wheat English muffin with PB+J
Gunner is in love with his new ball. 24 hours later, it is still a ball and not deflated. He usually tears up all of his toys so I am pretty proud of him!
That face. Haha. He’s too much.
I can’t believe the 12th day of our 12 Days of Circuits is here!
I’ve really enjoyed putting these circuits together and I hope you guys found them useful! I’m off to tackle a 4 mile run with Gunner. Hopefully it’s not as cold as the other day!

Oh how I love Gunner! And I love spinach dip, where did you get that one with kale?
Trader Joe’s! It’s delicious!
That English muffin looks so good, albeit simple
One of my favorite breakfasts! So simple but so delicious.
The mashed cauliflower recipe seems to be popping up a lot–that’s a sign I should probably try it! Zelda is the same way with her toys; she destroy most in minutes, but the one we gave her this week hasn’t been mauled yet. Ha! Hope you’re feeling better today!
Try it! You’ll love it! And thank you, I’m feeling a little better!
I used to work at a dog daycare and were one of my favorite breeds that came! We had a lot of them because they need a lot of exercise… Looks like you had a great day
Oh, yes. They need A LOT of exercise! High energy dogs for sure!
Oh my gosh, all your food looks awesome! I’ve never tried that dip! Usually I shy away from spinach dips because they just hit so heavy in my stomach, but this one looks great. And well, let’s be real, I’m always looking for an excuse to go to TJ’s.
Hope you have a good run!
